Great productt

I always have a replacement filter on hand. It’s easy to replace the filter when I am signaled that it is time. Resetting the sanitizer is easy to do also.

Easy to store. Easy to use. Seems to work well. Very happy with the cleaning system in total so far.

I am very satisfied with the product but waiting over a month for delivery from Asia was a little much. Do we produce anything in this country any more?

It fit and it seems to work

I have used Prime Clean for over two years. I am very pleased with the way my CPAP tubing and nose cushion are cleaned daily. I wipe my nose cushion with Lysol/Clorox wipes before putting them into the sanitizer bag.

The filter is truly a "PLUG-IN-AND-PLAY" device. Easy to remove and easy to install.

I like it because it is fast. That makes it easy to use daily.

Great and fast cleaning

My Prime Clean is great. What I just received from you is new filters and there is no way I can tell how they are doing. So all I can say is I'm happy with my Prime Clean and intend to continue using it as long as I have a CPAP.

Love products but take way too long to ship. Can’t track for 10+ days. You need a US distribution warehouse.

I purchase this Cpap machine. I clean it every 3 days like clock work. You have to clean with soap and hot water the mask I get every 4 months so it work great. Clean and gives a clean smell that keeps my lung free of Micro organisms. This is a must buy. I do but a new bag every 15 months. so This keeps my equipment up to date and operating at 100% thats just me but All my older machines still work great. so The journey continues .

The unit is very easy to operate. I have no way of knowing how effective it is in sanitizing my CPap hoses - but I haven’t been sick so that must be a good sign! Being a basically lazy person, I am happy that I don’t have to wash my hoses myself! This is my second Prime clean unit. The first one lasted several years and I am looking forward to several years of service from this one.

The filter works very well. The only negative I can say is that it took way too long to arrive at my home. It would be nice to have a quicker turnaround.

I bought this unit because I was tired of washing my CPAP in the sink. Plus, I had a chronic cough that I could not get rid of. After using this product for a week, the cough went away.

I was not aware of the filter until I was reminded to replace the parts and that's when I ordered 2 new filters and they are really good when cleaning my C-Pap mask , hose and water chamber. I will keep them updated.

I received my sanitizer with filters and brand new sanitizing bag two days ago. I used the equipment last night....everything worked perfectly. I had all kinds of equipment to clean out the hose and other parts of my bipap machine daily. That was so much trouble and took so long every morning. I love just being able to get the hose and mask in the PrimeClean to disinfect them. I add the top one day and the bottom another day of the water tank to also get it disinfected. I've been doing this for several years now. Thanks so much.

This really couldn't be any easier! You change your furnace filters regularly, don't you? Samo-Samo! Set a reminder in your calendar for every 6-months to change your Prime Clean filter. TIP: keep your eyes open for advertised Prime Clean sales! When they have 2-for-1 sales on the filters... buy a couple! Youll save money in the long run plus keep your tubing and mask clean and disinfected.

Product quality is good and performs well. Arrived in timely manner. I plan to continue with the product.

Replacement filters were slow in arriving (2 months) The unit works awesome and I purchased a 2nd unit for traveling. Very easy to use and keeps tubing & mask sanitary.

As far as I can tell, it is a perfect product in every way!

Came quick just what I needed.

This product is 100x better and at least so far, is lasting longer, than the CPAP hose cleaner that you find on Amazon. The one I bought on Amazon lasted for about 3 weeks before I had to request another one and that one lasted another month. The only thing I don't like about this, is that the delivery service that PrimeClean uses, takes at least a few weeks before you even receive it. Much worse and much slower service than you would get with either FedEx, UPS, or the USPS. Other than that, the product is working as intended.

Very good product so far. Just wish that there were a battery power meter on it so you don't get surprised by low battery warning. ONE NOTE: I ordered two extra ozone filters for it and when received, there was only one in package. I emailed customer service and they immediately ordered missing one for me. Arrived today - THANKS!

The machine works great.

So glad I have this to clean my hose, mask and water reservoir. It's so easy! The filters only need replacing every six months and the cleaning process leaves everything smelling fresh and clean.

Excellent product, super easy to use and replace the filters.

The cleaning system and filters are good.. I was however extremely disappointed in the delivery process... The website states delivery in 5-10 days... It doesn't tell you the order will be shipped from China until you get tracking number which isn't updated until a week after shipment... Would up taking between 15 and 20 days to recieve the filters

Ordered the first replacement a month and a half ago. Still haven't received it. I think it was delivered to the wrong address and then reshipped to me, but I still haven't gotten it. If you order this item allow 2 months for delivery of the product. It comes from Japan.

Simple--easy to install and they do a great job of sanitizing my equipment.

This sanitizing system makes cleaning and sanitizing so simple. I have no more hoses hanging to dry and no equipment sitting on a shelf waiting to dry so I can re-assemble my CPAP machine for the next night's sleep.
