What is Hypochlorous Acid?
Let’s start with a basic fact: Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) occurs and naturally produced in your body.
It’s created by your white blood cells as a defense system against infection, bacteria and general ickiness. (Think of it as your own internal Batman.)
It's so safe and trusted that FDA approved it for use in wound, eye care products, and use on food as a non-rinse sanitizer.
How long is the solution active for?
Just like bubbles in a carbonated drink, HOCl starts to dissipate over time, then turns back to saline water. The solution that is effective for approximately 4 days, Each capsule can be electrolyzed twice. To be absolutely sure PrimeClean is at its optimal disinfecting power, you should use it within a week.
How often should I clean my CPAP equipment?
We recommend that you clean your mask every day and clean your tubing and water chamber once a week.
What type of water can be used in the bottle?
You can use normal cold tap water, distilled water, filtered or deionized water with your PrimeClean.
Can I add anything to PrimeClean?
No. And please don’t add oils or soaps or anything. The wonder of PrimeClean is that it cleans and sanitizes with only its simple natural ingredients(water, salt & vinegar), just like in human bodies. However, that simplicity means PrimeClean wants to 'do its job' and then become simple water. So if you add anything, or switch bottles, it will interact with it, and then the efficacy of the product will start to go away.
